Design Aspects

The collaborative process can stem from many things. In this case, fc was heavily influenced by vintage varsity lettering, referred to as slab serifs, and the origin of street gang graffiti, blackletter. Each glyph is made by hand, combining these two iconic and unique typefaces into a completely new creation. Fc's goal with this crewneck is to show that collaboration can take you anywhere you want to go, and it always makes for a better end result.
